Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in 1969.

Latten creative energy sits dormant within each of us like a coiled serpent at the base of the spine. All yoga is designed to raise this energy. Kundalini Yoga is more specific in this purpose.

Through system of Asana's (Postures), Mudra's (Hand Gestures), Kriya's (Group of Asana's performing a specific purpose), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Mantra's, Meditations.

Create a balance in the Nervous System, Glandular System and Circulatory System. As the body becomes more into balance we open up awareness, sensitivity, consciousness and live in a more enlightened state with the expanding creativity of our true self.

Who Can Do Kundalini Yoga ?

Anyone can do it as Kundalini Yoga was created as a household practice that release old energetic patterns tapping into truth so we can live from that place and inspire others to health, vitality, relax state and creativity.​

Kundalini Yoga ClasS

Class run for 1.5 Hrs normally consists of open and closing Mantras, warmup, kriya (Series of postures), pranayama and meditation and is mostly done with eyes closed so the focus is within. Come with an open Mind and heart and enjoy the experience what becomes before you.
